We are responsibly serious about the teachings provided to children, especially early on in their lives. Because, what your children learn before entering primary, middle, or secondary school is what they will remember for the rest of their lives. Hence, as a consequence, misconceptions abound around the concept of a pre-school. A pre-school is not just about preparing your children for the next stage of schooling. Here at Kidzee and Sunshine Margherita, we hold a different belief. For us, pre-school is that life-defining period where your children learn to self identify their strengths and abilities. Hence, following entails a brief list of measures that we firmly believe in; thereby setting up a strong baseline of our story at Kidzee and Sunshine.

01. Nurturing Environment Over Lecturing

We strive not to lecture your children, but to provide them with a caring and enriching environment, where they can learn and discover the unique potential they were born with. This sets a well-defined path for their prosperous future. We committed ourselves to this task in 2003, when we introduced the Kidzee play school to Margherita. Till date, a lot many children have made their journey happily with us.

02. Child-Centered Spaces & Curriculum,

In 2007, we introduced Sunshine High, and we called it "a building with four walls and a future inside". We continue to develop child friendly curriculum and a child safe environment. Your children get every opportunity to discover themselves

03. No Pressure, Self-Paced Learning

We do not push our students into the rat-race of 'performance'. We take great care to give them the space to learn at their own pace. Additionally, we ensure that their learning experiences stay relevant to and respectful of their cultural and familial backgrounds.

04. Recognizing Child's Unique Potential

At Kidzee and Sunshine, it is our belief that each child has unique potential. We have tailoured our courses such that it gives your children every single opportunity to explore and discover their innate abilities.

05. Our "Illume Framework of Learning"

We call this learning process "Illume". It is not about how good your child is. It is about how and where your child is good. This is the driving force of Illume. We lay before our students diverse pathways, visuals, auditory, aesthetic, interpersonal and intrapersonal. In doing so, our students grow at their own pace and learn how to think, as oppose to what to think.

06. Child-Focused Teaching Approach

Illume believes that one style does not fit all. Hence, we do not expect our children to follow a rigid method of instructions. Rather, we place them at the centre of the learning process. There is no pressure on your child.
